Gobble Gobble!  Two Day Chess Camp!

 

Wednesday Nov. 26 & Friday Nov. 28, 2025

1-4pm Eastern Time

 

Instructors:  Candidate Master Ray Garrison and National Master Tony Nichols

 

Each camp day will be a mix of entertaining instruction and tournament play, including variants.  Campers will sometimes be combined, and other times will be grouped by skill level.  Camp is open to all school grades regardless of level.  Experienced Instructors include Master Tony Nichols and Candidate Master Ray Garrison.

 

Knowledge Requirement:  Each student should know the basic rules of chess.  Your child may learn how to play here:  https://lichess.org/learn#/

 

Requirements:  Each student will need their own device and a good internet connection. We also recommend each device have a camera, but this is not a requirement.  Each student will need a free account at www.lichess.org

 

Registration period

Registration for this schedule starts on 07/26/2025 and ends on 11/28/2025

Restrictions

Participants must be 5 years to 18 years old when the program starts.
